- 750 grams Chicken breasts
- 3 large onions
- 3 Red Bell pepper
- 60 milliliters sunflower oil
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Peel onions. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs. Cut onions and peppers into approximately equally-sized cubes.

A Preheat the grill.

Thread chicken and vegetables on 8 metal skewers, alternating. Whisk oil with lime juice and soy sauce and drizzle skewers with the mixture. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill skewers on a hot grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning often. At the end of grilling, brush with the marinade. Arrange skewers on plates and serve.
