- ½ Baguette
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- ½ cup Dried Tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 8 slices Bacon (thin)
- 2 ¼ cups Arugula (washed and shaken dry)
- 2 cooked Chicken breasts
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

FRY THE BREAD

Tear the baguette into pieces. Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the bread until golden brown. Dust with garlic powder.

PREPARE THE OTHER INGREDIENTS

Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and fry until crisp in a dry frying pan. Tear the chicken breasts into pieces.

MIX AND SEASON

Put all the prepared ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

DRESS AND SERVE
8.
Mix the oil and vinegar and sprinkle over the salad. Add a few mint leaves and serve.
