- 1 kilogram Celery
- salt
- 6 Tomatoes
- 150 grams Taleggio cheese
- 50 milliliters dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and cut the celery into 14 cm (5.5-inch) long pieces. Cook in boiling salted water about 6 minutes until done but still al dente.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) top heat.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk and blanch in the boiling water. Rinse with cold water, peel, quarter, core and dice. Remove the rind from the cheese and also dice. Mix both with the white wine.

Drain the celery and arrange in one layer in an ovenproof dish. Pour the Taleggio and tomatoes over the celery and bake for about 8 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve sprinkled with freshly grated pepper.
