- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 2 Tbsps Instant mashed potato (Finished product)
- 200 grams Broccoli

- Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp chopped, mixed Fresh herbs

Rinse the cauliflower and cut into florets. Rinse th

Stir in the mashed potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook 5 minutes more. Season to taste with vegetable extract, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped herbs.
