- ⅔ cup soft butter
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Whiskey
- ½ cup Cashews (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Mix together the butter, honey and the icing sugar until creamy. Stir in the flour, whiskey and a pinch of salt. Fold in the nuts and split the dough in half.
3.
Roll the dough out on a floured work surface into two rolls approx. 60 cm long. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and shape into balls. Place on the prepared baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
4.
Remove from the oven and roll in the icing sugar. Leave to cool.
