- 100 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 grams unsalted, shelled Peanuts
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 1 egg
- 200 grams butter
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan, slowly stir in the cream and cook until the caramel is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Coarsely chop the peanuts. Combine the flour, caramel, egg, butter and a pinch of salt in a food processor and process until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Shape into balls using 2 teaspoons dough, arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten slightly and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
