- 2 balls Mozzarella (125 g | 0.5 cup each, drained and sliced)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup Basil

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate and drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
