400 grams crushed Tomatoes

400 grams Ground meat
1 egg
1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
8 cannellini beans
2 scoops Mozzarella (125 grams)
75 grams finely grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel garlic, chop finely, mix in a bowl with half of tomatoes, add wine, mix and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Set aside. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix ground meat in a bowl with onion, egg, mustard, remaining tomatoes and thyme, mix and season well with salt and pepper. Fill cannelloni with ground meat mixture. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed cannelloni on it. Cut mozzarella into small cubes and cover pasta with mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
