2 Tbsps honey
1 ½ Tbsps sunflower oil
3 ½ ozs popping Corn

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the butter and honey in a pan and set aside.
2.
Heat the oil in a large pan until very hot, but not smoking.
3.
Tip in the popping corn, reduce the heat to low and quickly cover with a tight fitting lid and wait for the corn to start popping.
4.
When the popping has ceased, remove from the heat and add the melted butter and honey.
5.
Replace the lid and shake the pan until the popcorn is coated with the mixture. Tip into a bowl and leave to cool.
