2 ¾ cups fine Cassava
1 fresh Coconut (flesh removed and finely grated)
4 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.
Sieve the flour to remove any lumps. Fry some of the flour in a hot frying pan without fat. Use a spoon to press it against the bottom of the pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes to form a firm flatbread. Turn and fry on the other side for a further 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining flour.
2.
Fill each flatbread with a little coconut. Drizzle over 1 tbsp honey, fold over and serve.
