600 grams small Porcini mushroom (or button mushrooms)
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp grated Lemon peel
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and slice.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms, and cook briefly over high heat. Add the garlic and stir in the lemon juice. Cover, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the parsley and lemon zest.

4.

This can be serve hot or cold. This can be a side dish on it's own, or goes great in pasta.
