- 750 grams Tomatoes
- 2 Bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams Long grain rice
- 2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then rinse, peel, quarter and remove seeds. Rinse, halve and remove seeds and ribs from peppers. Cut peppers into strips. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan. Fry chicken on all sides. Add onion and garlic and sauté briefly.

Add tomatoes, peppers and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes.

Rinse rice and drain well. Heat remaining oil in a saucepan. Add rice and fry briefly. Add 1/2 liter (approximately 2 cups) water and season with salt. Cover and simmer over low heat, about 20 minutes. Mix rice with paprika. Serve rice topped with chicken pieces and vegetables.
