- For the cabbage
- 1 Napa cabbage
- 50 grams butter
- Broth (for braising)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- For the breadcrumb topping
- 60 grams butter
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 chopped eggs (hard boiled)
- chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
For the cabbage: Slice the cabbage lengthwise into eight pieces. Remove the cores. Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the cabbage until it is starting to get soft. Pour in some broth, cover, and allow to simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.

Remove the cabbage from the heat and arrange on a warm platter. Season with salt and pepper.

For the breadcrumb topping: Melt the remaining butter in a skillet and toast the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Sprinkle over the cabbage and put under the broiler until the top is crispy. Garnish with the chopped eggs and parsley, and serve.
