- 1 kilogram Green cabbage
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 walnut-sized pieces ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bunches scallions
- 200 grams Deep sea crab
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Slice cabbage into fine strips. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
2.
Peel and slice ginger and garlic. Rinse, trim and slice scallions crosswise. After cabbage has cooked 10 minutes, stir in ginger, garlic and scallions.
3.
Mix in crab and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
