250 grams Pastry flour
125 grams butter
2 eggs
400 grams Blueberries
3 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Put flour on work surface. Create a well in the center, add eggs and pieces of butter. Quickly knead into a dough, form a ball, wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour. 

2.

Rinse blueberries and mix with lemon juice and sugar.

3.

Roll out dough on a floured work surface and line tartlet tins with dough. Prick dough several times with a fork.

4.

Distribute blueberries into tartlets and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool and serve.
