- 16 ozs Bacon
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 head Romaine lettuce (rinsed; dried and roughly torn)
- 2 large, ripe Tomatoes (rinsed, trimmed and chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat, turning frequently, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper towels, crumble into bite-size pieces and set aside.
2.
In the bowl of food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Season the dressing lightly with salt.
3.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon in a large salad bowl. Gently toss with dressing, and serve immediately.
