2 roots Beets (undercooked)
1 tablespoon Horseradish
2 tablespoons Whipped cream
Vegetable broth
salt
peppers
2 sprigs Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the beetroot into pieces and blend with the cream, dill, and horseradish. Dilute the puree with vegetable broth as needed. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, garnish with dill.

If desired serve with Grissinis (or Italian breadsticks).
