24 ozs lean Ground beef
4 Tbsps hot sauce divided (FRANK'S REDHOT® Chili 'n Lime™ recommended)
2 tsps ground Cumin
2 tsps Chili powder
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
4 Burger buns (split)
Lettuce
½ cup prepared, sweet Corn Relish
Ketchup (to taste)
red chili peppers (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, hot sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 generous patties.

Grill burgers for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. To check for doneness, insert an instant-read thermometer through the side of the burger until you reach the center. The internal temperature should be at least 160ºF. Baste frequently with the remaining hot sauce.
4.
Serve hamburgers on rolls with lettuce, sweet corn relish, and ketchup. Divide among plates and garnish with red chili peppers.
