- For the fondue broth
- 8 cups hot Beef stock
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine vinegar
- For the garnish
- 3 cups Steak (sliced thinly)
- 3 cups button Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 inches fresh ginger (peeled and finely sliced)
- cilantro (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Bring the stock, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar to the boil in a fondue pot or casserole dish set over a moderate heat. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm.
2.
Thread the beef, mushrooms and ginger onto wooden skewers and cook in the warm stock until cooked.
3.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
