150 grams Smoked bacon (diced)
1 tsp vegetable oil
30 grams butter
1 onion
1 garlic clove
230 grams Arborio rice
150 milliliters white wine
750 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant)
200 grams Broad bean (TK)
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
juice of Limes
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat butter and oil in a large pan, saute the bacon until crisp, lift out and set aside. Add the onion and garlic and saute 3 minutes. Add the rice, stir until coated. Add the wine, bring to a boil and cook stirring until it's absorbed.

Gradually add the broth, stirring and only adding more broth after it's been absorbed. Add the beans, and continue stirring until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Add rthe emaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, serve in bowls sprinkled with Parmesan.
