- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 1 stalk Celery (chopped)
- 4 cups macaroni
- 2 cups Kidney beans (tinned)
- ½ cup Basil (chopped)
- ½ cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Roasting pan, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion until translucent. Add the tomatoes and celery, cover and cook over a medium heat for a 4-5 minutes.
2.
Add about 1 litre water and cook over a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
3.
Add the macaroni and beans and cook about 10 more minutes until the pasta is done, stirring frequently.
4.
Stir in the basil and parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
