- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Banana juice
- 100 grams ground Hazelnuts
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Baking powder

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel banana and mash with a fork. Mix with the lemon juice. Cream eggs with the sugar until smooth. Stir in oil and banana juice. Mix in mashed banana, nuts and ginger. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in quickly. Pour batter into greased pan and bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
