2 Tbsps butter
3 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp Baking powder
1 cup crumbled Feta
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
10 cups frozen, chopped Spinach (well drained)
1 Tbsp minced dried onion

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F / 180º C.

Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch / 33 x 23 cm baking dish and melt butter in oven, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove dish from oven and swirl the butter until the bottom of the dish is completely coated with butter.

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Mix in flour, milk and baking powder, mixing until well combined. Mix in feta and Cheddar cheese, spinach, and onion. Spoon mixture into buttered baking dish.
4.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes then cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
