- 1 kilogram cooked potatoes (from the day before)
- 100 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- softened butter (for the pan)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 3 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 150 grams Reblochon cheese
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Cut the potatoes in about 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices (peel as desired). Cut the prosciutto and alternate layers with the potato slices in a buttered gratin dish.

Peel garlic and press into a pot. Whisk with the cream and eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes. Cut the cheese into slices, put on potatoes and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
