- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 grams black Olives
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 handful chopped Fresh herbs (Rosemary, thyme, basil)
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 220 ° C upper and lower heat.

Drain ricotta well and place into a bowl. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain olives and chop. Add both together with Parmesan and herbs to ricotta and season mixture with lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well. Spread cream in 4 shallow ovenproof dishes and drizzle with oil. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 20 minutes.

If desired, serve with crackers.
