Preparation steps

Cook the cannelloni to al dente in plenty of boiling salted water and allow to drain. In the meantime, trim chard, rinse and cut into thin strips.

Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add chard while stirring. Stir in crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Simmer approximately 5 minutes at low temperature and then allow to cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) convection.

Carefully ladle the contents into the cannelloni rolls and distribute in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top and cook au gratin for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
