- 2 ripe Avocados
- 4 large Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps Cashews
- ½ green chili pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and slice the strawberries. Rinse the chile pepper and cut into rings.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes.
3.
Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and whisk in the oil. Mix in the chile rings and onions.
4.
Halve and pit avocados. Spread the strawberry slices and nuts on avocado halves. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
