- 1 ½ liters Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 500 grams Pasta (Cha soba)
- 250 grams Surimi
- Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

Bring the broth to a boil in a pot with soy sauce, oyster sauce and the lime juice. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 minutes.

Cut the surimi into thin strips. Divide the noodle soup among bowls and spoon the surimi over it. Serve sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
