- 400 grams Glass noodles (nests)
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 pinch ground Star anise
- ½ tsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch allspice
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 4 Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch Szechuan pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Arrange glass noodles in four glass jars. Combine spices in a bowl, mix well. Make four envelopes out of white parchment paper, create asian design on them if desired. Divide spice mixture between envelopes. Secure envelopes with kitchen string and tie around jars.
2.
To prepare soup, dissolve each spice envelope in 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) of hot water. Add noodles and soak for 2-5 minutes. Season to taste and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve.
