- 50 grams Pine nuts
- 2 bunches Arugula (each about 30 g)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 40 grams grated Parmesan
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Rinse and dry the arugula.

Peel the garlic, then puree in a blender with the arugula, pine nuts, parmesan, and oil.
3.
Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve the pesto in a bowl.
