- 8 Dried plums (pitted)
- 8 almonds (shelled)
- 8 Dried apricot
- 8 Sage
- 16 slices smoked Pancetta

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
2.
Place the almonds in the plums and wrap the sage leaves around the apricots. Wrap all the dried fruit with Pancetta and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
To serve: Remove from tray and serve once cooled.
