- 300 grams Puff pastry dough
- 600 grams Zucchini
- 2 onions
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 4 Sour cream
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
- salt
- white peppers
- Nutmeg
Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry.

Rinse and slice the zucchini.

Peel and chop the onions. Sweat the onions in hot butter until translucent and leave to cool.

Blanch the zucchini slices in hot water, rinse in cold water and drain well. Mix the egg, sour cream, cream and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and use to line a quiche dish. Pierce the pastry several times with a fork, spread the zucchini and onion on the pastry and pour the cream mixture on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
