- 2 eggs
- 75 milliliters milk
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 3 Anchovy fillet (finely chopped)
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- vegetable oil (to grease the muffin tin)
- 4 slices pink Roast beef
- 12 tsps Horseradish cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F) convection.

Mix eggs with milk, 75 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water, garlic and anchovies and season with salt and pepper. Then stir in the flour until smooth.

Grease a muffin tin and place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until it becomes hot. Then pour in the dough and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
4.
Allow to cool and remove from the tin. Put a teaspoon of horseradish cream in each pudding. Cut the roast beef into fine strips and distribute the roast beef onto each pudding. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil, season with pepper and serve.
