- 5 egg yolks
- 100 grams Lavender honey
- 250 grams Natural yogurt
- 7 sheets silver gelatin
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- To serve
- fresh Blueberries
- Lavender (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Whip the egg yolks until thick and creamy. Gradually whisk in the honey and beat for another 10 minutes, until almost white, then stir in the yogurt.

Soften the gelatin in cold water, dissolve in a saucepan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture then fold into the main yogurt mixture.

Whip the cream and fold into the yogurt mixture, distribute between small ramekins and chill in refrigerator for about 4 hours, until set.
4.
To serve, briefly dip ramekins in hot water, invert onto serving plates and decorate with fresh blueberries and lavender flowers.
