Wraps Filled with Sausages and Vegetables
Ingredients
- For the dough
- 125 grams Pastry flour
- salt
- to fill
- 1 Tomato
- ½ red paprika
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 100 grams Canned corn
- 2 pairs Hot dog
- 100 grams Quark
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps mixed, chopped Fresh herbs
- 1 generous pinch grained Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Salsa (from a jar)
Preparation steps
1) Prepare the dough:
Knead flour and 1 pinch of salt gradually with approximately 80 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water. The dough should be barely sticky. Knead well on a floured surface, sprinkle with flour and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
2) Prepare the filling:
Rinse the tomato and peppers, wipe dry and cut into small cubes. Rinse the lettuce, trim, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Drain corn. Cut hot dogs in half.
Mix the quark with cream cheese, herbs and broth and season with salt and pepper.
3) Prepare the tortillas:
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll out and shape with floured hands into very thin discs. Cook in a dry hot non-stick pan 1-2 minutes on each side.
4) Finish:
Top the tortillas with cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with lettuce, hot dogs, tomatoes, peppers and corn, season with salt and pepper and salsa, roll and serve immediately.
