Dried tomatoes (in oil, chopped)

Preparation steps

Cut the ends of the cucumbers and cut lengthways into 12 equal slices approx. 2-3 mm thick. Blanche quickly in salt water, quench and drain. Pat dry and place flat on the work surface.

Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt and cheese. Season with salt and ground black pepper and spread onto the cucumber slices. Add the olives, tomatoes and the thyme to one end of each slice. Roll up from that end and arrange on a platter to serve.
