- 500 grams Wild berry (mixed)
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 250 milliliters white Grape juice (iced)
- for garnish
- mint

Preparation steps
1.
1. Rinse berries, sort through and gently pat dry.
2.
2. Transfer berries to a large container and puree with an immersion blender. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
3.
3. Pour mixture into a shallow metal container and freeze about 2 hours.

4. Puree mixture with sugar and grape juice.
5.
5. Return mixture to freezer for about an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
6.
6. Scoop sorbet into cups and garnish with mint.
