2 tsps freshly grated ginger

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash the oranges, grate the peel and squeeze the juice from 3 of them. Cut segments from the other 3. Toast the walnuts in a mixture of olive oil and walnut oil. Deglaze with orange juice and a little stock and salt lightly. Now add the grated orange peel and the orange segments and season to taste. Add the cooked, drained pasta and mix well. Season with ginger and black pepper and mix in the butter in small flakes.

Wash the corn salad, shake dry and stir in carefully. Put on plates. Garnish with grated ginger and pieces of walnut and serve immediately.
