- For the sour cherry sorbet
- 500 grams pitted Sour cherry
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 centiliters kirsch
- 2 centiliters Port wine
- For the yogurt and mint sorbet
- 125 grams sugar
- 125 milliliters dry white wine
- juice of lemons
- 2 bunches mint (finely chopped)
- 1 egg white
- 4 centiliters Mint liqueur
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps
1.
For the sour cherry sorbet, mix the cherries with sugar, liqueur and port wine and let set for a few hours, then puree everything and strain through a sieve.

Pour into a metal bowl and place in the freezer until frozen, stirring occasionally.

For the yogurt and mint sorbet, boil sugar with 5 tablespoons of water until syrupy, allow to cool, then stir in the wine, lemon juice, yogurt, mint liqueur and mint. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mint mixture.
4.
Pour into a metal bowl and place in the freezer until frozen, stirring occasionally.
