freshly ground Pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Thinly slice the truffle, then finely dice.

Beat the butter until fluffy. Mix the butter with a few drop of truffle oil, the port wine, and diced truffles. Season to taste, then shape into a roll, and wrap in aluminum foil. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before using.
