- 2 large, ripe Avocados
- 100 grams Quark
- 50 grams Yogurt Cream Cheese
- 50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp marjoram
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp Pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes and cut off lids, scrape out pulp carefully.
2.
Whisk quark with cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
3.
Chop oregano and marjoram, setting aside some for garnishing, mix with chives. Peel garlic and chop finely, combine with a little salt and crush lightly with a back of the knife. Add garlic and pine nuts to cream and season with salt and pepper. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture and arrange on plates. Garnish with remaining herbs and season with some freshly ground pepper. Serve.
