- 4 Tilapia (about 180 grams, skinless)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 2 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash tilapia and pat dry. Place fish side by side in an ovenproof dish.
2.
Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges.
3.
Rinse fennel bulb and cut crosswise into thin slices.
4.
Peel the carrots and slice thin.
5.
Peel garlic and cut into slices.
6.
Mix vegetables with white wine and pour over the fish fillets. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 15–20 minutes, or braise on stovetop. Serve with parsley.
7.
Serve with cucumber and lettuce if desired.
