250 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
300 grams Bologna sausage
2 onions (chopped)
1 bunch Chives (cut into rings)
4 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp butter
150 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs
100 grams grated Cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Heat butter in a pan and saute onions until soft, remove from the heat and let cool. 

2.

Blanch tomatoes briefly in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel, quarter and remove seeds and cut into wedges.

3.

Remove casing from the sausage and dice sausage. 

4.

Whisk cream with eggs and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add onions and chives and mix well. 

5.

Thaw pastry and roll out ona floured surface. Roll out on a floured surface and line tart pan with it, making 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) edge all around. Arrange tomatoes and sausages on the pastry and pour cream over. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest briefly before serving.
