1 tsp Cumin

Preparation steps

1.

For the meat: Salt meat, knead, cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Then mix in cumin, black pepper, onion and 5-6 tsp water. Chill for 2 more hours. Form into sausages, about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick and 8 cm (approximately 3 inches) long. Cook over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes.

Rinse, core and slice tomatoes. Serve sausages with tomatoes and parsley.
