300 grams Ground meat (beef)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
400 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
salt
freshly ground peppers
400 grams Conchiglie
2 Tbsps freshly cut Basil
2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Rinse peppers, drain and pat dry and cut in half and cut into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry ground beef fry until crumbly. Sauté onions and garlic briefly and stir in tomato paste. Add tomatoes and peppers and season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente.

Mix basil into sauce mix and season to taste. Drain pasta in a colander. Fill pasta shells with about 1 tablespoon of meat sauce.

5.

Carefully arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan and basil, to taste.
