- 100 grams Raspberries
- 100 grams Blackberry
- 100 grams red Currants
- 150 milliliters cold Whipped cream
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 20 grams powdered sugar
- 16 small Puff pastry
- Poppy seeds (for decoration)
- fresh mint (for decoration)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse berries and pat dry with paper towels. Beat heavy cream with vanilla bean seeds and powdered sugar until stiff. Pour into a piping bag with large tip and fill the puff pastry with whipped cream filling. Spread berries over it. Garnish with poppy seeds and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
