- 1 onion
- 500 grams mixed Ground meat
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 can chopped Tomatoes (400 grams or 14.1 ounces)
- 12 Lasagne noodle
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Mozzarella (125 grams or 4.4 ounces)
- 40 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and mince onion. Brown ground beef in hot canola oil until crumbly, add onions and cook. Season well with salt and pepper. Add canned tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.

In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and lay out on work surface. Top noodles with meat sauce and roll up.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Place pasta rolls, side-by-side, in a baking dish. Rinse cherry tomatoes and sprinkle on top of noodles. Dice mozzarella and sprinkle onto tomatoes. Top with Parmesan and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, slice and serve.
