- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- ¾ cup plain Yogurt
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 3 scallions (chopped)
- 1 ¾ cups Spinach
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Wash the jars and lids in hot soapy water, rinse well and put in a low oven to dry and become warm, then cool.
Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until combined. Add more yogurt to achieve a softer consistency.
2.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Keep refrigerated.
