- 4 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the milk, cinnamon stick and clove in a pan until almost boiling. Remove from the heat and remove the spices. Stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth.

Pour into cups and add 1-2 pieces of cinnamon stick to serve.
