- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 500 grams clam
- 2 shallots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 organic lemon (zested and juiced)
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 1 dried Peperoncino

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse clams and discard all opened shells. Peel and finely dice shallots. Heat oil in a pan and saute shallots until translucent. Add lemon zest, 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and broth and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add clams and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Discard all unopened shells.

Add drained pasta to the pan and mix well, season to taste. Arrange in deep plates and sprinkle with parsley and crushed peperoncini. Serve immediately.
